Our operating hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Eastern USA time. We are often available at other times, and often on weekends. Our policy is to respond to all customer email within 4 hours of its receipt, during operating hours, and as quickly as possible at all other times. Any item purchased from any Oncycles.com Motorcycle Rider's Mall ("Seller") may be returned within 30 days of purchase, for 100% refund or exchange, provided:
- The item is undamaged and in new condition
- The item includes original packaging and all items included in original packaging
- Returned item(s) are accompanied by a return authorization number ("RA") issued by Seller. RA numbers may be obtained by calling Seller toll-free, during business hours, at 1-877-577-8082.
Exceptions
- Shipping costs are not refunded or credited unless the product being returned is defective or, due to a shipping error, is not the product ordered. In the case of defective products or incorrectly shipped items, shipping costs to and from the customer will be refunded or credited.
- There will be no charge for shipping correct items in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped products.
- Custom-ordered, speciality items and items marked as "All Sales Final" are non-returnable.
Right to Evaluate Defective Products
Seller retains the right to examine any product or products returned as defective. If, in Seller's sole opinion the claimed defects were caused by abuse or misuse, Seller retains the right to refuse refund, exchange, or credit. In this event, product will be returned to the customer at customer's expense.
Time Period for Refunds
Please allow up to four (4) weeks for receipt of refunds or credit card credits. This time period includes the transit time of the item returned (5-7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return after receipt (2-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).
