In fact, so that you never need worry about it when you are shopping, we'll match competitors' prices not only before your purchase, but at any time within a week after your purchase!

How It Works

Either before ordering or upon discovering a lower advertised price, provided it is within 7 days of placing your order, either send an email to pricematch@oncycles.com, or phone Jenifer toll-free at 1-877-577-8082. Provide your name, order number, the URL of the competitor's site (get it from the address bar of your browser), our product number, and the competitor's product number.

We will review your request and respond, either by phone or email, within 1 business day, to implement the discount or refund.

Eligibility

The low price guarantee applies only to US dealers. All products must be in stock, and identical in all respects, including make, model, size, color, etc. Costs added to the sale price of the item, such as shipping and handling, will be added in calculating the net comparative price.

Items that are not in stock, backorders, demos, special clearance or closeout items, factory seconds or damaged items, items that are free or specially priced with purchase of another item, auction items, or coupon discounts are not included in the low price guarantee.

We do not match prices when the quoted price is not published and directly verifiable. Oral quotes will not be matched, and written quotes will only be matched if a copy of the quote is submitted.
